ABOUT

“The Irv Brown Champions Center at Arvada High School will be the home and heartbeat of the Irv Brown Sports Leadership Academy (IBSLA) and serve as a “Magnet School” for the metro region. This educational nonprofit will keep Brown’s spirit alive through a sports-thematic curriculum sparking student learning, sports-industry career exploration and coaching for success in life.

IBSLA relationships with Colorado’s collegiate and professional sports teams offers students introduction to the billion-dollar sports industry. It will also provide a direct link to college-level degree and certificate programs in sports management with partners Metro State University, University of Colorado, and Colorado State University ready to accept our graduates.
